Privacy notice
This page explains what information this website and the FanFlow Academy collect and how it is used. Last updated October 21, 2026.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization, reason, and message you enter. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We do not ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of who we have talked to. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it
The contact form is processed by Formspree, which passes your message to our email. Our email is handled by Google. This website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses. The FanFlow Academy login and database run on Supabase. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
What this website does not do
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages so we can follow up with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.
Your choices
Email fanflowhq@gmail.com to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted.
FanFlow Academy accounts
If you take part in the FanFlow Academy, we keep your name as given by the person who invited you, your email address, your school, your training progress, your practice and exam results, and your certificate. Your password is stored in scrambled form, so nobody at FanFlow can read it.
Who can see your Academy information
FanFlow can see it, and so can the administrator of your school, who sees your name, your progress, your exam results, and your certificate. Nobody else can. A school administrator never sees another school's people.
Certificates and the public check
Every certificate has a number. Anyone who has that number can look it up on our verification page. They see your first name, your last initial, your school, and the date it was issued, and nothing else. The number cannot be guessed, and a certificate that has been withdrawn shows no details at all.
Invitations
When an administrator invites you, we keep your email address, your name, and your school with the invitation until it is used or expires. The invitation code is never stored as written, only in a scrambled form.
Leaving the Academy
You can ask us to delete your Academy account at any time by emailing fanflowhq@gmail.com. When we do, we delete your progress, your exam results, your certificate, and your invitation record. Your certificate then stops verifying. We keep a short security log of administrative actions, such as an invitation being sent. It may include your email address, and only FanFlow can see it.
Surveys and evaluations
When FanFlow collects survey responses at an event, the survey itself explains what it collects and why. This page covers this website and the FanFlow Academy.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
