Edison Friday

Edison is a Sport Management major at Syracuse University's David B. Falk College of Sport. His experience in the sports industry spans basketball operations with the LA Clippers, talent agency operations at Klutch Sports Group, and business operations with the BC London Lions of the British Basketball League. He previously served as a Student Manager for the Syracuse University Men's Basketball program.

Across each of those roles, Edison noticed the same gap: organizations invest heavily in the on-court or on-field product but have limited insight into the actual experience of the fan in the seat. FanFlow was built to close that gap, combining an operations background with the perspective of an ordinary ticket holder.

Every FanFlow evaluation is conducted in person and scored with a consistent system rather than a general impression.
